Shipping Policy

At Vibe Wear Fashions, we work with a wide network of independent suppliers from different regions. Because each supplier manages their own shipping methods, delivery times and costs may vary from product to product. Our goal is to give you clear expectations so you always know what to expect when placing an order.

How Shipping Works

1. Supplier-Based Shipping

Every product on Spocket includes its own shipping details. These details are set directly by the supplier who provides the item. This means:

  • Shipping times can differ depending on the supplier’s location

  • Costs may vary for domestic and international orders

  • Some suppliers may ship only to certain countries

You can always check the shipping information on each product page before placing an order.

2. Find Suppliers That Ship to Your Country

To see which products can be delivered to your region, simply use the location filter in the Spocket catalog. This will show you all suppliers who ship to your selected country.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once you place an order, the fulfillment process begins. While most suppliers process orders quickly, the exact timeline depends on the supplier’s workflow. A typical order goes through the following steps:

  • Order Confirmation: Your order is received and forwarded to the supplier.

  • Product Handling: The supplier prepares the item, which may include picking, sorting, and quality checks.

  • Packaging: Items are packed securely, and any custom packaging (if offered) is added.

  • Shipping: The package is labeled and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Most suppliers aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, but this may vary depending on product type and stock availability.

Possible Delays & Why They Happen

While suppliers work hard to ship orders on time, delays can occasionally occur. Common reasons include:

1. Stock Availability

Sometimes an item may temporarily run out of stock. When this happens, suppliers may need extra time to restock or produce the item.

2. Transit to Shipping Facility

In some regions—especially when working with overseas manufacturers—products must first be transported to a warehouse before they can be shipped. This extra step can add time to the process.

3. High Order Volume

During busy seasons or sales events, suppliers may need additional time to process large numbers of orders.

How We Help Reduce Delays

We want your customers to receive their orders as smoothly as possible. Here’s how we help:

  • High-Volume Support: If you consistently receive a large number of orders, some suppliers may offer options like keeping extra stock on hand to avoid shortages.

  • Clear Communication: Keeping your customers informed about possible delays helps manage expectations and improves satisfaction.

  • Shipping to New Countries: If you want to ship to a country not listed, our support team can help you explore available options.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the supplier’s location and the destination country. On average, shipping may take:

  • Domestic: 1–7 business days

  • International: Varies by region and carrier

Exact delivery estimates are shown on each product page.

Shipping Rates

Suppliers set their own shipping rates. These may include:

  • Base shipping cost

  • Additional item cost (for multi-item orders)

  • Domestic and international pricing

  • Estimated delivery windows

You can view these details in your supplier’s shipping settings or directly on the product listing.
